Due to the nature of all products being Make to order, we don't accept returns & exchanges on products. Please make sure you select the correct size and color. We will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis, and is at the sole discretion of Pro LED Sign™.

We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed, as we use a 3rd party fulfillment provider. Therefore unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. Likewise, customers are also responsible for the return shipping postage unless we made a mistake in shipping your initial order.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
We do not accept returns of any LED signs as they are custom engraved upon order and are not held in inventory.
Once the 48-hour cancellation period has passed, we can no longer cancel your order. All items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please read the product description carefully and choose the correct size and color of your sign to avoid inconvenience.
My Product Arrived Damaged! If you’re reaching out to us specifically due to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or other flaw on our end, please include a clear photo of the imperfection with your email.
Depending on the specific nature of your request, we may send you a replacement, refund your order, or ask for the original item back to initiate an exchange. If the original item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund. All returned goods must be in the original condition in which they were received.
Items that Do not Qualify as Defective - Minor cosmetic scratch issues and retail packaging damage do not count as defective products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds may incur restocking/admin fees up to 30% of the purchase cost as many of our items are made on demand and may not be sold again.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
