While shipping may take longer than normal this season, we're doing everything we can to ensure you and your loved ones get your orders as soon as possible.
But just to be safe, why not start your shopping early?
You should order your sign before December 10 in order for them to arrive by December 24.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

Our shipping times are as follows:
USA, UK, Germany orders can take between 10-15 business days to arrive.
Shipments to the rest of the world can take between 12-25 business days.
Processing: Most items are manufactured on demand and can take 1-4 days before shipping.
Return: Items that are damaged while in transit will be replaced with the same item at no cost to the customer. A picture is required showing the damage as well as the shipping label. Once evidence of significant damage is received we will send a replacement. Refunds are not issued for damaged goods. If certain parts can be replaced rather than the complete product, we will send only the parts necessary to repair the product.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for regular shipping purchases. We ship out our express processed purchases so quickly that you may be unable to cancel. If we have not shipped your item yet, regardless of processing level, you may cancel your order. Once it is shipped we cannot cancel your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
